Arnaud Boutoille founded FlexEDGE and brings a unique ability to analyze business requirements and turn them into efficient technological solutions. His considerable experience includes business process re-engineering, information security, productivity improvements and financial management optimization, in support of complex projects and service delivery. Arnaud Boutoille provided the technological and business acumen to turn around multi-million dollar portfolios of security services (CGI Group and Entrust Inc.) with results including significant profitability, customer satisfaction and industry analyst recognition (Gartner and IDC).
He also designed and implemented managed digital identity services that were a key contributor to a start-up valuation of 40 million Euros (GlobalSign, acquired by Vodafone). Arnaud Boutoille is an MBA graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds various industry certifications in information security, project and service management and information technology governance.
Chief Technology Officer
Karl Gretton brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, the majority of which has been spent building, financing and selling software companies. He specializes in having a fundamental range of knowledge about almost all aspects of technology coupled with an ability to quickly get further depth where required.
His focus is on identifying emerging trends and agilely adapting to the new technologies that these trends entail. Karl is focusing on the technology roadmap of FlexEDGE and integrating innovative technological components into comprehensive user-friendly solutions that deliver high-value to our clients.

Specialising in the change that is required for the successful implementation of IM/IT Projects and Programs, Claire Fowles understands that people are the key to success. Working with clients to understand the corporate culture that exists and transition the organisations to the future, she ensures that the desired benefits and outcomes are achieved.
In the past 20 years, Claire Fowles has managed a wide variety of multi-year, multi-million dollar projects in such diverse areas as Information Management, Service Oriented Architecture, Case Management and Service Delivery. The common thread to her work has been the business transformation that each initiative has required.
Claire Fowles is a graduate from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, and holds various international Project and Programme Management Certifications.
